TAC-HUB XP

Why This Programme

The TAC-HUB Videography Experience (TAC-HUB XP) is not another video-editing course. It is an 8-week working environment in which young graduates and emerging creatives train on professional cameras, lighting and studio equipment, and apply what they learn to real content productions for The African Catalyst — leaving with a portfolio built on real, published work rather than practice exercises.

Participants get what most short courses cannot offer: supervised access to a professional studio, real production briefs, real deadlines, and direct mentorship from an experienced production professional. For the Lead Facilitator, it is an opportunity to shape a new generation of production talent while building a visible body of work through the studio itself.

Proposed Programme Taglines

  1. TAC Videography Experience — Learn. Produce. Edit. Experience.
  2. TAC Videography Experience — From Training to Real-World Production.
  3. Where Videography Meets Real Production.
  4. Train in the Studio. Work on Real Productions. Build Your Portfolio.
  5. Not Just a Course. A Production Experience

Over the course of the programme, we trained on professional equipment, worked inside a live studio environment, and took on real production and editing assignments drawn from actual The African Catalyst events, interviews, webinars and content projects
